Here is a practice sheet for learning how to use articles. This part of speech designates a number and a location; they are placed before a noun.
"The" is an article, and it is used generally the same way as "a," but it is definite instead of indefinite. It is so, because "a" can be any X object of the same type, and "the" designates a particular object. There is also "that," which talks about an object that is far way. "His/her" which gives ownership to an object. We always have to use articles, as the sentences may sound repetitive. Here is a good activity exercise you can do to practice.
